• Stratus Selyn Enterprises Private Limited is duly registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Registration Number: INH000026567
• The Principal Officer holds the NISM Series XV: Research Analyst certification, which is valid and current
• Research Analyst services provided by us do not conflict with or violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation
• The maximum fee that may be charged by a Research Analyst as per SEBI regulations is Rs. 1,51,000 (Rupees One Lakh Fifty One Thousand) per annum per family of client

By accepting delivery of a research service or subscribing to any paid plan on investvessify.com, you confirm that you have elected to receive research services at your sole discretion. We confirm that all research services will be rendered in accordance with the applicable SEBI RA Regulations and guidelines.

Mandatory Notice: Invest with Vessify cannot execute or carry out any trade (purchase or sell transaction) on your behalf. You are advised not to permit us to execute any trade on your behalf. All investment decisions remain entirely yours.

• You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of onboarding, including basic KYC details as may be required by RAASB/SEBI from time to time
• We will collect, store, and process your KYC records in accordance with applicable regulations and our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for notifying us promptly of any changes to your information
• We will use your information solely for the purpose of providing research services and regulatory compliance. We will not sell your data to third parties

The research services provided by Invest with Vessify include:

• Research reports on listed securities (equities, mutual funds, and related instruments) based on publicly available information
• Independent buy, hold, or sell recommendations with documented rationale
• Sector and thematic research
• Educational content including articles, videos, and courses on personal finance

What is not included: Portfolio management, execution of trades, personal investment advice tailored to your individual financial situation, or any guaranteed or assured return products. For personalised investment advice, you should consult a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).

Our fee structure is as follows:

• All fees are payable in Indian Rupees through accepted payment methods on investvessify.com
• Maximum annual fee per family of client shall not exceed Rs. 1,51,000 as per SEBI regulations
• You will receive a receipt for every payment made
• Do not make payments through cash or channels not listed on our platform

The recommendations provided by Invest with Vessify do not provide any assurance, guarantee, or promise of returns. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Past performance of any security, fund, or strategy discussed in our research is not indicative of future performance. SEBI registration and NISM certification do not imply any performance guarantee.

• We may hold financial interests in securities that are covered in our research. Any such personal holding will be disclosed prominently in the relevant research report at the time of publication
• We do not receive compensation from any company or issuer for producing research about them
• If we are unable to maintain independence or have an undisclosed conflict, we will refrain from publishing research on that security

Invest with Vessify uses AI tools to assist in drafting, editing, structuring, and summarising content. AI is not used to generate investment judgments or replace human analysis. All research is reviewed and validated by the Principal Officer before publication. You are hereby informed of this use as required under Regulation 19(vii) of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. We are solely responsible for the integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy of all research published, regardless of AI assistance.

• Requests for refund within 7 days of subscription will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided no research report has been accessed
• In the event of suspension of our SEBI RA registration for more than 60 days or cancellation of our registration, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining unused subscription period
• Detailed refund terms are available in our Refund Policy

We maintain records of all research reports, client communications, and compliance-related documents for a minimum of 5 years, or until the resolution of any dispute, whichever is longer. This is in accordance with Regulation 25 of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

• For complaints related to non-receipt of research reports, service deficiencies, or any other concern, contact us first (email below). We will resolve within 7 business days
• If unresolved, escalate to SEBI through SCORES 2.0 at scores.sebi.gov.in
• For further escalation, approach the SMARTODR platform at smartodr.in/login for online conciliation or arbitration

• You may discontinue services at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate services if you are found to be in breach of these terms, or if required by SEBI or any regulatory authority
• We will provide 15 days' advance notice for any changes to voluntary terms or service conditions

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the regulations issued by SEBI under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, subject to arbitration or dispute resolution mechanisms prescribed by SEBI.
