Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms for paid research subscriptions and services.

This policy applies to digital research services only. Invest with Vessify provides research reports, financial education content, and digital tools through subscriptions. We do not sell physical goods. This policy replaces all earlier versions.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers all paid subscriptions and research services purchased through investvessify.com, operated by Stratus Selyn Enterprises Private Limited (SEBI RA Reg. No. INH000026567).

Paid services currently include or may include premium research reports, access to in-depth articles, financial calculators and tools, and course content. Free content on the Platform (YouTube videos, public articles, basic calculators) is not subject to this policy.



2. Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation and a full refund within 7 days of your subscription purchase, provided:

  • You have not accessed or downloaded any research report during the subscription period
  • You have not consumed a substantial portion of any course or premium content included in the plan

After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period, except in the specific circumstances described in Sections 3 and 5 below.



3. When Refunds Apply

Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellation within 7 days of purchase with no content accessed
  • Duplicate payment or billing error on our part
  • Failure to deliver the subscribed service as described due to a technical error on our end
  • Suspension or cancellation of our SEBI RA registration (pro-rata refund; see Section 5)
  • Significant change to service terms where you choose not to continue, with advance notice given


Not Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellation requested after 7 days from purchase
  • Any research report has been accessed or downloaded
  • Substantial course or premium content has been consumed
  • Dissatisfaction with the views or recommendations in research (these are independent opinions, not guarantees)
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window
  • Violation of our Terms of Use leading to account suspension



4. Important Clarification on Research Services

Research reports represent our independent analysis of securities and markets based on publicly available information. They are not a guarantee of investment returns. A refund will not be granted solely because a research recommendation did not perform as expected in the market, or because you disagree with the views expressed in a report.

If you have concerns about the quality or accuracy of a specific research report, please raise a formal grievance. We take all quality feedback seriously and will review reported issues internally.



5. SEBI-Mandated Refunds

As required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and our Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC):

  • If our SEBI RA registration is suspended for more than 60 consecutive days, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription from the effective date of suspension
  • If our SEBI RA registration is cancelled, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the period from the effective date of cancellation to the end of your subscription term
  • These refunds will be processed automatically. You do not need to separately request them in these scenarios.



6. How to Request a Refund

  • Write to us within the eligibility window

Use the email contact (reveal via captcha in Section 9) with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]". Include your subscription plan, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

  • We will acknowledge within 2 business days

We will acknowledge your request and let you know if any additional information is needed to process it.

  • Review and decision within 7 business days

We will review your request against this policy and communicate the outcome within 7 business days of receiving your complete request.

  • Refund processed if approved

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the decision. See Section 7 for processing timelines.



7. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking) within 7 business days of approval
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your statement
  • We will send an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end



8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our decision on a refund request, you may escalate through the following channels:

  • SEBI SCORES 2.0: scores.sebi.gov.in - for complaints related to research services under our SEBI registration
  • SMARTODR: smartodr.in/login - for online conciliation or arbitration
  • Consumer Forum: For consumer protection disputes not covered under SEBI, the appropriate District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission may be approached

All disputes under these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
