We are a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000026567) under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Our registered office is at 15/2, Janak Villa, 2nd Main, 13th Cross, Vyalikaval, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560003.

2. Information We Collect
We collect personal data when you use our Platform, register for an account, subscribe to research services, or otherwise interact with us. This includes:
- Identity information: Name, date of birth, email address, phone number
- Account information: Username, password (stored in hashed form), account preferences
- KYC information: As required by SEBI RA Regulations for onboarding clients to paid research services, including identity verification details
- Financial information: Payment instrument details for processing subscription fees (processed through secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store full card details)
- Usage data: Pages visited, content accessed, time spent on the Platform, device and browser information, IP address
- Communication data: Emails, messages, or queries you send to us
- Subscription and research data: Your research service subscriptions, reports accessed, preferences
What we do not collect: We do not collect your trading or demat account login credentials, bank account PINs, or net banking passwords. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Invest with Vessify and asks for this information, please do not share it and report it to us immediately.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the research services and educational content on the Platform
- To process subscription payments and maintain billing records
- To comply with SEBI RA Regulations, including KYC obligations and client record-keeping requirements

5. SEBI Compliance and Record Keeping
As a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000026567), we are required by law to maintain records of client interactions, KYC data, research reports issued, and all communications related to research services.
- Client records, research reports, and communications are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of creation, or until the resolution of any dispute, whichever is longer
- KYC records are maintained in accordance with SEBI RAASB requirements
- In the event of a regulatory inspection or enquiry, relevant records may be disclosed to SEBI or RAASB as required
These obligations exist independently of your right to delete your account. If you request account deletion, we will delete your non-mandatory data but will retain records we are legally required to keep under SEBI regulations.
6. Use of AI Tools
We use AI-assisted tools in our content production and research workflow, including drafting, editing, and structuring of articles and educational content. As required under Regulation 19(vii) and Regulation 24(7) of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014:
- We are solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all client data, regardless of the tools used
- AI tools used by us do not have independent access to your personal data beyond what is necessary for service delivery
- All research reports and recommendations are reviewed and validated by our registered Principal Officer before publication
- We do not use AI tools to make investment judgments on your behalf
7. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, or misuse. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), password hashing, access controls, and periodic security reviews.

- Account deletion will result in loss of access to all services and content on your account

- Anonymised and aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
