We collect personal data when you use our Platform, register for an account, subscribe to research services, or otherwise interact with us. This includes:

What we do not collect: We do not collect your trading or demat account login credentials, bank account PINs, or net banking passwords. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Invest with Vessify and asks for this information, please do not share it and report it to us immediately.

These obligations exist independently of your right to delete your account. If you request account deletion, we will delete your non-mandatory data but will retain records we are legally required to keep under SEBI regulations.

We use AI-assisted tools in our content production and research workflow, including drafting, editing, and structuring of articles and educational content. As required under Regulation 19(vii) and Regulation 24(7) of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014:

• We are solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all client data, regardless of the tools used
• AI tools used by us do not have independent access to your personal data beyond what is necessary for service delivery
• All research reports and recommendations are reviewed and validated by our registered Principal Officer before publication
• We do not use AI tools to make investment judgments on your behalf
