Your Rights as an Investor

1. Right to receive research services as agreed in the terms and conditions
2. Right to receive clear, unbiased, and honest research that discloses any conflict of interest
3. Right to be informed of the risks involved in acting on any research recommendation
4. Right to access an effective grievance redressal mechanism through our internal process, SEBI SCORES, or SMARTODR
5. Right to exit from services at any time, subject to the refund policy in the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)
6. Right to receive a pro-rata refund in the event of suspension or cancellation of our SEBI registration
7. Right to provide feedback on the research services you receive
8. Right to receive clear guidance when dealing with complex or high-risk financial products
9. Right not to be bound by any clause in our terms that contradicts SEBI regulations
10. Right to report to SEBI if we offer assured or guaranteed returns (we do not, and will never do so)

Independence and Conflict of Interest

• Stratus Selyn Enterprises Private Limited and its associates have not been debarred or suspended by SEBI or any other regulatory authority from dealing in the securities market
• No penalties or directions have been issued by SEBI against us under the SEBI Act or any regulations in relation to Research Analyst services
• There are no pending material litigations, regulatory investigations, or findings from inspections against us or our employees in relation to RA services
• We may have financial interests or beneficial ownership in securities that we cover. Any such interest will be disclosed prominently at the time the relevant research is published
• Research reports are based on publicly available information and our own independent analysis. We do not receive compensation from companies we cover for producing research on them
• Our research does not constitute personal investment advice. It is general research for informational purposes

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Invest with Vessify uses AI tools in the production of some educational content, article drafting, and internal research workflows. We use AI to assist in information structuring and editing. All final research reports are reviewed, validated, and signed off by our registered Principal Officer. AI tools are not used to make or substitute investment judgments. As required under Regulation 19(vii), this disclosure is provided to all clients at the time of onboarding and is updated here as the scope changes.
